School District Experience & Leadership

For the past five years, I have served as an ECCS Building Substitute (Super Substitute) at Jonathan Elementary School, providing consistent instructional support while building strong relationships with students and staff. This long-term role has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of district expectations, school operations, and the importance of maintaining continuity in student learning.

In addition to my work in the classroom, I have demonstrated a strong commitment to the ECCS community through leadership and volunteer service, including:

  • Current ECCS 2036 Future Forecast Input Team Member

  • Current ECCS Superintendent PTO Advisory Committee Member

  • Former CMSE Parent Equity Team Member

These experiences have provided me with valuable insight into district operations, strategic planning, community engagement, and collaborative decision-making. I am passionate about supporting students, partnering with families and staff, and contributing to initiatives that strengthen our schools and the broader district community.

Personal Information

  • Mom to three children that have attended Eastern Carver County Schools from preschool to the present year

    • Senior at Chanhassen High School

    • Sophomore at Chaska High School

    • 8th grader at Chaska Middle School East

  • Chaska resident for 15 years

  • Parent volunteer in the schools

  • Volunteer for the kids’ activities (hockey, lacrosse, gymnastics)
